  • Seals mail pieces with adhesive tab to create mailings that comply with U.S. Postal requirements
  • Reduces costs of mailings by eliminating the need for envelopes and the ability to qualify for USPS automation rates
  • Accepts rolls of 5,000 tabs (white or translucent)**
  • Precision control of tab location
  • Handles media 4" to 15" wide and up to 1/8" thick
  • Process media at up to 7,500 pieces per hour
  • Accepts 1", 15/16", and 31/32" round tabs with either friction or tractor fed backing
  • Built-in diagnostics for easy service
 
** Note: Due to manufacturing issues, EX-5100 tabbers with serial numbers between 4831 and 4975, built between 2/5/07 and 10/18/07, can not run the translucent tabs with-out table modification, only white tabs will work.
